We’re not open every day (just Friday, Saturday, and Sunday!) and that’s the charm. Each bake feels intentional, fleeting, and worth savoring.

All orders must be placed through our online preorder form. Please select your preferred pickup date when ordering. Orders will not be accepted via email.
Quantities are limited, and preorders may close early based on bakery capacity.

Meet the Kouign Team
Chelsea Tripp founded Kouign Bakery with the belief that pastries should feel joyful, imaginative, and thoughtfully made. Trained in top kitchens across the country, she brought her craft, and her curiosity back home to Wallingford in 2021.
